主要功能：鍛煉腰部、腿部肌群力量及身體平衡能力。
鍛煉方法：坐在座子上，身體前傾，手握扶手，雙腳分別蹬在腳蹬上做正向圓周運(yùn)動，運(yùn)動速度不可太快，運(yùn)動中雙腳不得不離開踏板，欲停止使用時(shí)，先不施加力量使速度減慢，待速度慢到足以用雙腳的反向作用力使轉(zhuǎn)輪停下方可離開器材。
